Rasmussen Has Kilgore Ahead by 6
Rasmussen released a poll this morning with Kilgore up by 6 points. It's a good sign...it's to be expected. Honestly, I'm feeling a sweep in the making, despite Potts and his charade.
What's disappointing is that Mark Warner has a 63% favorability rating after....oh yeah, the biggest tax increase in state history.

I'm not sure that I'd take too much heart in this. Kilgore was just on the ballot (sure, against an electorally pathetic challenger), and voters have just gone to the polls. Hope your right, but there's little reason to feel that confident this early. Certainly, there's no reasons to behave as though we're that confident this early.

Definatly no reason to be confident when you consider that Kilgore was up by 12 a few weeks ago.

Since when was exuding confidence a bad thing? It keeps the big Mo rolling. So much of campaigns is perception. On the other hand, behind closed doors, we should act like we are behind and work our butts off, I agree.

Polls, shmolls. George Allen was 30 behind at this point in 93. Tim Kaine is no George ("I knew Jack Kennedy and you are no..."). But the dynamics of this race with RNC and DNC interest, Warner's must win to run for Prez and Allen's nice to win for Prez with Warner's piggy bank make it wide open. Let's see who is on message and on track in Sept.
