Ralph Nader Supporter Headed to Jail

The Daily Press has this story about Ralph Nader's Virginia campaign coordinator who was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to election fraud.

James P. Polk was accused of illegally certifying petitions in a failed effort to get Nader's name on the Virginia ballot.

Bad news for Chapman. Bad news for Oprison. Both VCAP-ers who, respectively, have been indicted and is being investogated by a Special Prosecutor, for election fraud.

Looks like defeated V-CAP candidate Chris Oprison may have just wet his pants.

Clarke County Commonwealth's Attorney is nearing a decision on whether to prosecute.

Plea bargain, anyone?
